Soccer!!

This fall we put Leyton in soccer...(He's the orange # 5 with his foot on the ball in case you weren't sure) the picture below however is his first game. The coach had to help him along... & we practely had to shove him out on to the field. He was a little intimidated at first (ok lets be honest he hated it at 1st). He would just stand in the middle of the field with his finger in his mouth like he was a lost puppy dog.

After a few games he warmed up and loved it. Everyday he would ask if he had soccer. So it turned out to be a good experience...and fun to watch. He was by far the youngest and smallest on the team...therefore the slowest but he came really close to scoring twice...maybe next year :)

How do you keep a baby from playing with your toys?

You tape them to the wall!!

We just went to our wards Trunker Treat!! It was great. Definately beats walking from house to house. Leyton absolutely loved Halloween this year.
Our ward had a haunted house & Kyle took Averi through & she started crying about 1/2 way through... it was one of the best church spook alleys I've ever seen. Leyton jumped at a few parts, but told me that he just closed his eyes.

So way back in August when we were in Utah for Kyle's 1/2 marathon we took a little drive up to Payson Lakes with my family.

So we took a quick trip down to Utah the 1st of August....& by quick I mean a long 10 hr drive for only a few days :( We came down because Kyle was running in the Provo 1/2 marathon. Way to go Kyle (maybe someday I'll attempt it...maybe) He did really good it took him 2hrs & 4 min. What a stud!! (I forgot to take my camera to the race...it was early what can I say. ) So any ways we got a chance to hangout with Lorin & Paige...and this is what we did!

Polly & Leyton being cute!! It was like they still see each other all the time!! They got along so good... he misses her! Lately he's always talking about if we think he could walk all the way to Pollys house....in fact he was so excited to see her he wouldn't go to sleep in the car & when we were about 2 hrs away... he goes "mom I see it...I can see Pollys house" beleive me the only thing in sight was milies & miles of fields, but who knows maybe he really could.

Tired kids...after a long day on the boat!

So I seem to forget to take my camera just about any where we go this summer :( but here's a few shots that I've gotten. My mom & sister were able to come up for a week in July. That was a lot of fun! (I'll have to copy some pics from her cuz yep mine never made it anywhere we went)

So far this summer we've pretty much just gone from the pool to the boat every week!
