A Little Tag about Me!

Ok so Paige tagged me a little while ago and I'm just now getting around to it:) So heres a little bit about me!

Four Places I go over and over: The gas station(to get a fountain drink...such a bad habbit), Wal-mart (even thought I hate it), The bank, The park outside my condo (at least once a day sometimes more)

Four People who email me regularly: Paige, my sister-in-law Shelley, My mother-in-law, and my high school friend Melissa.

Four Places I'd like to be right now: St. George, Hawaii (never been there but I'm sure I'd love it), Getting a massage, Washington.

Four TV shows I watch: Dancing with the stars, Greys Anatomy, CSI, American Idol. (I could only pick 4 but sadly I watch lots more:)

Final Week!!!

I just have to share my excitement with you all. This is Kyle's final week of school:) Yeah I can't believe its finally here... I have been waiting for this day for 4 1/2 years.

No more papers to write...weird books to read... he now has no official excuse to ignore Leyton and I :)

St. George

We took a quick trip down to St. George last Monday- Wed. I went with my sister and her kids. They had spring break last week. The weather was so nice and warm. We were so sad to come back home to 40 degrees :(

Here are a few cute pictures from one of the 3 parks we went too. Leyton had a sweet routein, he would climb up to the slide hang from this bar then go down the slide and repeat...over and over. It was so funny! We also had a picnic at the park it was a lot of fun. He really enjoys having all the cousins and grandparents around.

Him and his cousin Kate play really good together..or should I say she enjoys bossing and dragging him around. He doesn't seem to mind either. They even loved playing together in the bath. One morning they were in the tub for at least an hour.

Oweey!

Leyton's been in that stage where he loves to point to your eyes, nose, teeth, hair etc.... but the last couple of days he sits on my lap and starts pointing to my eyes and says "eyes" then my teeth and says "teeth" then he points to my forehead and says "oweey!" I'm thinking that because every where we go people point to his forehead and say oh look at that oweey! He now thinks that your forehead is called an oweey!
What a cutie! He makes me laugh so much.

Wedding Day Tag!

1. What day is your Anniversary?

December 12, 2003

2. Where did you get married?
Columbia River Temple, Washington



3. Who proposed to who and how?
Kyle proposed to me. I came home from work one day and there were rose petals all over my bedroom floor and bed. Then in the middle of my bed was this little wooden box with a note on it that said "open me" As I was trying to open the (puzzle box) Kyle jumped out of my closet and got down on one knee, said something cheesy, and I guess I said "yes!"




4. How long were you engaged?
4months

5.What was your favorite part of your wedding day?
The whole day was great but right before we were sealed we sat together in the celestial room. The spirit was so strong I had butterflies in my stomach. It was amazing! I remember just feeling so happy but extremely nervous at the same time.

6. What would you change if you could?
I would get my hair and nails done professionally. Have the girls in the families wear wedding colors. I don't know what I was thinking I didn't have any bridesmaids which was fine but I could of at least had them where my colors. I would have a better photographer. Maybe some other small things. Styles change so much.

Red and Silver

8. Do you remember anything special from your cceremony? Any good advice? A comical moment?
As we were walking into the sealing room one of the cute little workers stepped on my dress and the button that holds the train up broke off. I was so worried because that's one of the things they ask is that you have your train up while in the temple. I thought that I was going to get in trouble. Then one of Kyle's uncles cell phone went off twice during the ceremony. However I do remember the guy that sealed us told Kyle to make sure that he always makes me smile :) and to kneel together in prayer every night.




9. Were you clean or messy when you cut your wedding cake? (did you shove it in each others mouths & get it all over your face? yes/no)
We were pretty clean I think we got a little on each others face but not much! I told him not to shove it in my mouth because I don't like cake. I was only eating a bite for pictures.




10. Where did you go on your honeymoon?
Western Caribbean Cruise
